- The start of the event is located in front of the Contemporary Art Center of Chateauvert, it will be given simultaneously with the relay and the Run & Bike at 9:00 a.m.
- The finish will be judged at “Parking des Augustins” in Brignoles.
- BIB: It can be collected from the Marathon Village on Saturday, May 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 16 before the start. Each runner will receive their bib with its chip. It must be positioned on the chest without being folded.
- TRANSPORTATION: Shuttle buses will be scheduled to take you to the starting point. You will find all the information and schedules on the website under the “Shuttles” tab.

Marathon Relay

- The “relay” event will follow the route of the “individual” event of the Var Provence Verte Marathon.
- 5 runner relay marathon
- Relay 1: CHATEAUVERT –>CORRENS: 8.5 km
- Relay 2 : CORRENS –>MONTFORT : 5,5 km
- Relay 3: MONTFORT — CARCES : 7,0 km>
- Relay 4: CARCES –> VINS : 13,6 km
- Relay 5: VINS — BRIGNOLES : 7,6 km
- 2 runner relay marathon
- Relay 1: CHATEAUVERT –>CARCES: 21 km
- Relay 2 : CARCES –> BRIGNOLES : 21,2 km
- The relay race will start simultaneously with the individual marathon race on Sunday, May 16 at 9:00 a.m. The starting point is located at the Chateauvert Contemporary Art Center.
- The finish will be judged at “Parking des Augustins” in Brignoles.
- BIBS: When the bibs are handed out, each team will be given 5 or 2 individual bibs (to be worn on the back) plus one bib (to be worn on the front). This bib will be attached to a bib belt and will be used to pass the baton during the relay between team members.
- TRANSPORTATION: Shuttle buses will be scheduled to take you to and from the departure sites. You will find all the information and schedules on the website under the “Shuttle” tab.
RUN & BIKE Marathon

- A mountain bike for two (electric mountain bikes not permitted)
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory on the bike
- The two team members must stay close (10 m maximum)
- HOW IT WORKS: One teammate will start the marathon at 9:00 a.m. The other teammate will wait for their partner a few kilometers later in the village of Correns. From this junction point, they will complete the course in pairs and make changes (runner/cyclist) as they wish. You must cross the finish line and the checkpoints together to be classified.
- The finish will be judged at “Parking des Augustins” in Brignoles.
- BIBS: When the bibs are handed out, each team will be given 2 bibs to wear at the front.
- TRANSPORTATION: Participants in the Run And Bike Marathon must travel to Chateauvert on their own; they can park their vehicles. Runners will start with the Individual Marathon and Marathon Relay. Cyclists must travel to Correns by bike and wait for their partner at this junction. After the event, shuttles will be set up between the finish line in Brignoles and your vehicle in Chateauvert. You will find all the information and timetables on the website in the “Shuttles – Lockers” tab.
As we do every year, we’ve decided to highlight an athlete we all knew, who sadly passed away a few years ago: Cyril Gues. He was a runner, but he also did a lot of mountain biking and run & bike.
